How do you make an appointment?

To make an appointment with a counselor, simply call us at 812-877-8537, email us at counseling@rose-hulman.edu, or come by the counseling office on the 1st floor of the Rose-Hulman Student Union. If a counselor is unavailable when you stop, please feel free to stop by at a later time or contact us via email or telephone stating the times you are available for services.

What happens during the first visit?

When you come to the counseling office for the first time, a counselor will ask you to complete an informed consent form and an information sheet that provides your counselor with your background information. You will be asked during the first or second session to complete two brief assessments on the computer. Your counselor will also sit down with you and discuss some of the issues you are facing and potential options available to you.
